Puddle of Mudd & Saving Abel

Puddle of Mudd & Saving Abel
Puddle of Mudd

Puddle of Mudd rise from the ashes with their sixth studio album in nearly a decade, entitled Welcome to Galvania. Formed in 1991, Puddle of Mudd has sold over seven million albums and has had a string of number-one singles, including the hits “Blurry,” "She Hates Me," and "Famous." The new album, Welcome to Galvania, was produced by Cameron Webb (Alkaline Trio, Disturbed, Motorhead). It also marks the band’s first full-length album since Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love and Hate in 2009.
Puddle of Mudd released their first major album, Come Clean, on August 28, 2001, which spawned the singles “Control” and “Blurry.” These hits propelled Puddle of Mudd to reach the No. 5 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This success led to the band venturing out on a full-scale European and American tour, hitting the road with Linkin Park, Stone Temple Pilots, and Staind. Come Clean reached triple platinum status in January of 2003.
The subsequent album, Life on Display, was released in 2003 and reached gold status. They went on to release Famous in 2007. In 2009, they released Vol. 4: Songs in the Key of Love and Hate. In 2011, the band released an album of cover songs, entitled Re:(disc)overed.
Now, Puddle of Mudd is ready to return to the rock scene with their sixth studio album, Welcome to Galvania. Inking a deal with Pavement Entertainment, their new material is primed to reach longtime and new fans. “Sometimes in life you come across people who want to bring you down and rip apart your soul. Well, those days are gone,” says Scantlin. “I have surrounded myself with a great team of people. They believe in me and I believe in them. I’d like to thank each and every one of them for their hard work and perseverance. I’d also like to thank all of my fans for their patience. This is just the beginning. I have a lot more rock ‘n’ roll in me to share with the world!”

Saving Abel

Saving Abel is a Southern rock band with catchy hooks and heavy riffs founded by Jared Weeks and Jason Null. Their first single “Addicted” broke on to the scene, climbing its way quickly into a cross over hit from mainstream rock to Billboard Hot 100 and Top 40. With millions of sales under their belt, it’s easy to see how their self-titled debut album charted on Billboard’s Top 50 and became RIAA certified muliti-platinum. Their debut album delivered two more #1 singles with 18 days and Drowning (Face Down), across multiple charts and solidified this bands name in rock.
Their sophomore album “Miss America” did not disappoint and followed down the same path their debut record had set. “Miss America” debuted in the top 25 albums and produced similar charting singles with “Stupid Girl (Only in Hollywood) and “The Sex is Good”.
After five Top 10 Billboard charting releases, Saving Abel went back into the studio for their third record “Bringing Down The Giant”. They released the title track off that album finding success and breaking top 10 on multiple charts. After non stop touring and writing for records, their lead singer Jared Weeks took a step back for a much needed break and to pursue a solo career. Saving Abel went on touring with Null. After a 7 year gap, Weeks and Null both felt a pull to revisit songs they had written prior to Saving Abel. Whilst working on their Shade of Grace project, Weeks and Null knew what the next step should be. Weeks reunited with Saving Abel with the immediate release of “Shade of Grace - Twenty Year Songs”.
Saving Abel have received multiple awards from MTV, VH1, Fuse, BMG and Music Choice. “Addicted” won most played song of the year and has hit over 130 million streams on Spotify and over 200 million as a band. Their tours have included some of the top grossing tours of all time with bands such as Nickelback, Papa Roach, Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown and Sevendust to name a few.
Saving Abel is currently in the studio recording their forthcoming album with a release of an Essentials early 2022.
